Provide the essential engineering information
State high level, low level, empty pipe or continuous measurement. Give medium composition, temperature range, pressure range and cleaning conditions. Describe foam, solids, viscosity and deposits. Include the process connection, supply voltage and PLC input type.
For an existing sensor, provide the full code rather than only a family name. If the current installation has problems, describe the symptoms and when they occur.
Define the package and documents
Specify whether you need only the sensor or also the adapter, seal, cable and interface. Identify required material records, hygienic documents or hazardous-area evidence. Ask the supplier to list assumptions and deviations in the offer.
Include commercial information
Provide quantity, delivery destination, target schedule and preferred trade terms. Request dimensions and packed weight for the confirmed scope if freight planning is needed. Avoid treating a preliminary catalogue selection as an order-ready technical agreement; confirm the offered code, drawing and operating limits before purchase.
