Values follow the supplied Lisen manual dated 2024-11-25. High-temperature versions up to 200 °C and custom probes up to 250 mm require separate confirmation. Maximum temperature and pressure must not be combined without an approved operating envelope.
Electrical reference from the supplied manual
The manual states a typical supply current of 8 mA and a maximum of 40 mA. This is separate from the 20 mA maximum switching load. A PLC input or a suitably designed interface is required; the sensor must not drive a pump motor or solenoid directly.
Configuration review
The source manual identifies a G½ connection, M12 four-pin connector and a nominal 99 mm overall drawing length. A high-temperature construction, extended probe, titanium wetted part or alternative process connection is a separate configuration. Request its drawing and simultaneous pressure/temperature limits with the offer.
The supplied material reports are supporting records, not blanket certification of every assembled sensor. Ask for batch traceability and destination-specific documentation where needed.

No moving float
Electronic detection removes a float mechanism from the sensing assembly, reducing the moving parts to inspect. Deposits and cleaning still need attention.
Clear signals for control
Covered or uncovered status gives the PLC a direct input for filling, emptying or pump permissives. Select the compatible output and switching logic.
High and low level monitoring
Place the detection point at the required threshold to support overfill prevention or pump dry-run protection as part of the complete control system.
Options for challenging media
Selected frequency-sweep models offer configurable or adaptive detection for changing products, foam and residue. Verify the response with your actual medium.
Focused project scope
When one threshold is the requirement, specify the switching point and response directly. Add continuous measurement where inventory or a level display is needed.
