A clean-looking probe and a material declaration alone do not establish suitability for a validated production process.

Installation and integration

Specify surface finish, seal design, connection standard and traceability requirements in the quotation. Check the complete mounted assembly against the plant requirements. Keep the electronics within the documented ambient limit during sterilization or high-temperature cleaning.

A representative test plan

Define an acceptance protocol before commissioning. Record the order code, serial number, parameter set, firmware where relevant, medium batch, temperature and switching results. Repeat after cleaning and document the approved restoration procedure after sensor replacement.

A common selection mistake

Using a certificate for a raw material to claim approval of the entire installed assembly, or promising a validation outcome before the plant reviews the records.
