Why reference dates matter
The supplied English LBFS document is dated March 2018. It is valuable for understanding the referenced legacy family but should not be treated as the specification of every current CleverLevel device. Features such as output capacity, response time, communication and adjustment methods may differ by family and generation.
Identify the installed sensor first
Obtain a readable nameplate photograph and the original order code. Record the connection, materials, output, approval marking and any custom settings. A replacement recommendation should state whether it is an exact replacement, a successor or an application-based alternative.
A newer product may need a different cable, parameter file, mounting part or controller adjustment. Include those changes in the offered scope.
Control catalogue summaries
Product pages should identify the reference document and avoid combining favorable numbers from several variants. When a current manufacturer specification changes, review the affected product page and procurement template. Keep the old record when it remains necessary to support installed legacy equipment.
What to confirm for your application
- Installed nameplate and complete order code
- Document revision and family
- Mechanical/electrical changes
- Configuration and communication differences
- Scope of replacement accessories
